• If the return is due to the customer (consumer) reason: the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.

• If the return is due to our reason (for example, the item arrived damaged or the item received is not correct): the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.

If IMIXX accidentally sends you the wrong order, or if your package is lost in transit, IMIXX takes full responsibility and will ship your order again as soon as possible.
Please make sure to double-check the shipping information you provide. IMIXX is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you request an address change after your order has already shipped, IMIXX reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
